Major-General BUELL, Bowling Green, Ky.:Kirby Smith is in front of Cincinnati with a force variously estimated from 15,000 to 30,000. Would it be possible for you to throw a force in his rear, say, on Somerset via Glasgow and Columbus, to move in connection with force now at Louisville?
