More birds I hope to see in Brazil

BI22876 - Cocoi Heron - Wings out - Crop 2
Cocoi Heron. This one is pretty much like a Great Blue Heron with a white neck.

Green Ibis. Mostly black, really. My book says the call sounds like someone starting a moped.

Great Black-Hawk
Great Black-Hawk. Although I really love this pic of it:

Great Black Hawk

Short-tailed Hawk
Short-tailed Hawk. Black above, white below. Unless it’s the all-black form, and then you’re kind of screwed.

Saracura-do-mato
Slaty-breasted Wood-rail. Another double-hyphenated species. And it’s a rail. With any luck I can see some rails that my friend Bill the rail expert has never seen.

Blackish Rail
Blackish Rail. Not sure how you tell this from the Slaty-Breasted Wood-Rail. And why “blackish”? Wouldn’t “gray” do as well? Birdforum says of the Slaty-Breasted Wood-Rail that “The bill is shorter and thicker than the superficially similar Blackish Rail, which also lack the brown tones to the upperside.”

Okay, enough for now.
